All Purpose Flour / Maida – 1 cup
Sugar – 12 tbsp (adjust according to the sweetness u like)
Semolina – 4 tbsp
Cooking Oil
Cooking Instructions:

Mix all purpose flour, sugar and semolina in a bowl with enough amount of water. The batter should be to the dosa batter consistency. Keep this batter aside for half an hour.
Heat oil in a deep pan. Take a small ladleful of batter and pour it in the oil in the pan. Let the one side to cook well. Do not wait until the flours turn to red. Once you get good yellow color, turn it to other side. Now flip it to the other side and let it to cook well. Once it is well cooked, remove it from the oil and serve it.
