I like to send this recipe to Frozen Yogurt - A Cool Summer Event by Siri.

Ingredients:
Fresh Curd – 1 up
Water – 3 Cups
Chopped Green Chilly – ½ tbsp
Chopped Ginger – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped Raw Mango – 2 tbsp
Curry Leaves – few
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Cooking Oil – 1 tbsp
Asafoetodia – a pinch
Salt – to taste
Cooking Instructions:

Add curd, water and salt in a bowl and beat it well with a blender. Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chilly, and mango and asafoetodia and stir it well.
Heat oil in a pan and saute it with mustard seeds. Add this mustard seeds to the prepared butter milk and serve it.
