Ingredients:
Apple – 2 (cut into cubes)
Cold Milk – 1 cup
Vanilla Ice Cream – 1 cup
Ice Cubes – 1 cup
Sugar or honey for diabetic people – to taste
Cooking Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients together in a juicer and serve it in a glass. Top up the milkshake with 3 tbsp of vanilla Ice cream.
This recipe goes to my event for icecreams and milkshakes.
